Our Children’s Ministry (infants–5th grade) is a fun, faith-filled place where kids can play, build friendships, and discover God’s love through music, teaching, and interactive activities. On Sundays, kids' worship begins at 10:00 a.m.

Our Kids Ministry is a safe, fun, and engaging place where children can learn about God’s love through age-appropriate teaching, worship, and activities. Families can expect caring leaders, creative lessons, and an environment designed to help kids grow in faith while having a great time.

  • Safety

    For parents of infants through fifth graders, we have a security process in place. At check-in, parents receive a security sticker that must be presented before the child can be picked up at the end of class.


    We process background checks on all adult volunteers and have a "Never Alone" policy with all children on campus. You will notice we have lots of youth who serve our children. We believe the Lord wants to use young people to further His kingdom, and we see Heritage as a great place of training for our youth.

When you serve with us, you get a front row seat to watching the love of Jesus come alive each week through the eyes of a child. Volunteers make Heritage the special place that it is, their presence boosts a child's confidence, makes them feel seen and known, and empowers them to learn and grow in their faith.

  • Nursery & Preschool

    Nursery (5 months–23 months)


    We teach our infants and toddlers these basic truths:


    • God made me
    • God loves me


    Sundays

    10:00 a.m. - Worship time features songs and short Bible stories, followed by time playing with toys, making friends, and snuggling with our amazing volunteers.


    Our nursery program includes interactive play, singing, and storytelling to teach little ones.


    Preschool (2 years–5 years)


    We teach our preschoolers these basic truths:


    • God made me
    • God loves me
    • He sent Jesus so I can live with Him in Heaven someday


    Sundays

    10:00 a.m. - Worship time features songs and short Bible stories, followed by time playing with toys, making friends, and snuggling with our amazing volunteers.


    Our nursery program includes interactive play, singing, and storytelling to teach little ones.


  • Elementary (Kindergarten–5th Grade)

    Discovery Zone


    We teach our elementary kids these core truths:


    • I need to make the wise choice.
    • I can trust God no matter what.
    • I am called to love God and others.
    • I can apply God’s Word to my life today.


    Sundays

    10:00 a.m. Worship / Bible/ Discovery Zone Workshops

    The Bible is divided by grade level, and kids rotate through four workshops each month: Bible P.E., Art, Discovery, and Cooking.

    Group Leaders, help children build connections, pray, play “get-to-know-you” games, and guide them through the workshop rotation.
