MONTE WOLGAMOTT

Shortly after retirement, Monte and Brooke decided to relocate to Fort Worth area; hoping to be more involved with their two sons’ family activities (school and sports). The Heritage Church of Christ had been recommended to us by church family members in Lubbock. One visit to Heritage was all it took. We placed our membership in February 2015.

Prior to coming to Heritage, we worshiped with the Monterey Church of Christ in Lubbock, Texas. We were members of Monterey for over 35 years and served that church as a deacon for over 25 years. As a deacon at Monterey Church of Christ, I lead three ministries: Senior Adults, Family Promise (homeless families), and transportation. We also participated in other church activities as a couple: teaching in Bible classes, visitation and small group leaders, mission trips, Hope Lodge (cancer patients), and orphan care.

As I mentioned above, we have two sons with their families in the area. Paul and Teresa have four children: Ariel, Lyndsey, Zach, and Daniel. They live in Fort Worth. David and Kelly have two children: Kaitlyn and Jacob. They live in Flower Mound.

Our passion is to serve and love others in every possible way as we continue our walk with the Lord. Heritage helps us fulfil this commitment. It is a wonderful place for us to anchor.

Tim Woodard

Tim and Olga have been attending Heritage since early 2005. We have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. We found at Heritage a church home that is dedicated to service to others and that‘s a great fit for us. We are both involved in several ministries at Heritage on Sunday and we participate in other ministries that reach out to folks at Heritage and in our local communities. We enjoy our association with each and every one.
